Consultancy is provided by the independent cement plant consultant Avinash Mathur, a graduate in mechanical engineer with over 35 years of cement experience in project, operation, process and technical development.

We have completed tasks ranging from feasibility studies, technical plant evaluation, kiln optimization, mill optimization and lowering of clinker cement ratio in pursuit of operational excellence and furthering economic prosperity to the cement manufacturers.

Our aim is simple: to address the root cause of the problem and recommend remedial measures to enhance plant performance leading to enhanced profitability to cement manufacturers.
